I personally stopped drinking caffeinated coffee a year ago. Ever since I was a teenager, I’ve had issues with caffeine. I remember getting very jittery whenever I’d drink pop, so my mom started buying caffeine-free Pepsi for me.
Once I went back into the workforce several years ago, I started on caffeinated coffee again (it was free at work!). I only drank half a mug, but it seemed to affect me more and more, to the point where I felt like I was in two places at once.

I now enjoy decaf K-Cups. Tastes like real coffee to me!
